The first Autonomous car, A car with character, style, humor and affection. Herbie a franchised film with over 4 different productions tells the story of VW bettle that has human characteristics. In every film the VW is featured as an underdog vehicle in championship races including the NASCAR surprisingly enough and to make the film even more extrodinary the VW Bettle or "Herbie" always comes out on top. However what made Herbie the Movie such a great film was its human characteristics. Able to speak to its owners in an affectionate manner through the use of its horn , lights and radio it can almost be said the idea of a car with human characteristics as seen in Transformers such as Bumble Bee was taken for Herbie.
